You shape planning target operating models and solution architectures across industries. You translate business requirements into pragmatic planning designs, ensure tight integration between planning and execution, and drive measurable outcomes across service level, inventory, and cost. You act as a trusted moderator and coordinator across business and IT stakeholders.
Lead planning process design and solution architecture across end-to-end planning domains
Define best practice planning concepts for demand, supply, S&OP, MPS, MRP, inventory and replenishment, deployment and allocation
Design business integration between planning tools and execution systems, including master data governance, planning parameters, and decision logic
Drive MRP and inventory planning design, including safety stock, reorder policies, segmentation, and KPI frameworks
Orchestrate workshops and align stakeholders: moderation, decision facilitation, and cross-functional coordination
Translate requirements into implementation-ready concepts: scope, capabilities, interfaces, data flows, and operational procedures
Support delivery quality across blueprint, test readiness, cutover planning, and hypercare, in collaboration with implementation teams
Build reusable assets: playbooks, templates, reference architectures, and industry-specific best practices
Strong experience in supply chain planning, typically 5+ years in enterprise environments
Proven process expertise across MRP, inventory planning, and at least one advanced planning domain such as demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, or deployment
Ability to design end-to-end business integration between planning and execution across functions and value streams
Structured delivery mindset with strong moderation, stakeholder management, and coordination skills
English business fluency, German is a plus
Travel flexibility aligned with project needs
Experience with planning tools such as SAP IBP, SAP APO, Kinaxis, OMP, or comparable solutions
Planning architecture experience in multi-system landscapes, including data integration, harmonization, and operating model design
Industry exposure across pharma, automotive, chemicals, consumer goods, retail, or discrete manufacturing
Knowledge of KPI design and performance management for planning, including service, forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and adherence metrics
